What are your hours of operation?

The Gwadis website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.

Gwadis also employs a customer support team whose sole mission is to do whatever it takes to help our customers LOVE their every interaction with Gwadis. If you have a question, please email us and we will get back to you.

How can I find more information about a product?

If something catches your eye, click on it to go to the product details page. Here you can find pictures alongside the specification. Not seeing the information you’re looking for? Get in touch our customer support team, and we’ll find the answer for you!

How do I remove something from my cart?

On the site: click the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the page. Click the grey “x” to the first left of the item name and remove! It’s gone.

ORDER TRACK

How can I check on the status of my order?

We send you a shipping notification email right when your order is shipped, but it can take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to start showing the progress of your order. Log on to www.gwaids.com and go to the My Orders section under My Account. When items in your order ship, we will add tracking information to this page. We will also email you when there is a status update to your order.

ADDRESS CHANGE

How can I edit my shipping address?

Shipping addresses can always be added, removed, and edited on your Account Information page. You can also edit your shipping information at checkout. Just click the “+” Icon to change address before you place your order.

If you need to change the shipping address on an order that’s in progress, please contact our customer support team and we’ll do what we can to help you out. Please note that a delivery address cannot be changed after an order has shipped. Please carefully review the shipping address before purchasing your order.

How do I return an item?

we know that sometimes you might just have a change of heart. Our Return Policy can help clarify how to go about returning items in your order. You can also email us if you have any questions, and we’ll do everything we can to help.

ACCOUNT

What if I forget my password?

Easy. If you forget your password. Click onlost your password. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.If you have any trouble, please contact the Gwadis support team.

How do I change my username or email address?

Once you log into the gwadis.com,click the upper right first “profile” Icon of the page to my account, and then tab on Account details.

How can I change my email settings?

You can control the emails you receive on your Email Preferences screen, found after tapping the Settings icon.
