Returns & Refund

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we hope that you would accept our apology in case you have to go through the return process and believe that you will continue to shop with us. If for any reason you are unhappy, you may return any product within 7 days of receiving the product. We define the return policy with each product on the product page. We kindly request you to refer to the same while making a purchase decision(s).

Items eligible for return must be
1.   Sent to us within 7 days of the date it was delivered to you.
2.   Sent to us in the same condition with packaging that it was delivered to you.

Products once used, altered in any form, or washed, or customize will not be eligible for returns therefore we would like to request Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.

We would like to approve all genuine cases of returns and regret if any such situation arises. Please note that the word of Gwadi’s will be final with respect to the validity and eligibility for a return.

You should e-mail us a picture of the defect/damage product at hello@gwadis.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  1. If you wish to apply your credit to your Gwadis account, return shipping is free.
  2. If you wish to apply your credit to your original credit or debit card used for payment, return shipping charges and a stocking fee might be applicable. Items that may have been damaged, defective, or sent by error will be fully refunded.

Our quality team will look into your return request and will try to respond back to you within 48 hours as well. Once you receive the acceptance of your return request from our quality team please return the product to the following address as mentioned in the invoice.

I haven’t received my refund yet. What should I do?

  • We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure.
  • We aim to process all returns within a few days of receipt. Refunds are issued after returned items have been received, inspected, and processed. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment. If you have any questions about the status of your return, your refund, or need instructions on how to return an item, for queries you can write to us or just give us a call.
